Tailored for followers dancers who wish to start studying the biomechanics of dance and improve their tango style.

The first level of the course is meant to be a general explanation (through exercise and practice) about the correct functioning of feet, legs, back, core and arms while dancing tango.

The course is structured in 2 parts.
Part 1: Warm up, exercise to "activate" the joints and the different groups of muscles to enhance flexibility and strenghth.
Wear confortable clothes and practice shoes / trainers.

Part 2: Technique on the heels! Exercises to improve posture, balance, stability, elegance of the feet from the biomechanics.
