LADIES TECHNIQUE WORKSHOP

Tailored for followers dancers who wish to improve their tango style, this course is meant to be a general explanation (through exercises and practice) about the correct functioning of feet, legs, back, core and arms while dancing tango. 

The course is structured in 2 parts.

Part 1 (2.30 to 3.30pm): Warm up, exercises to "activate" the joints and the different groups of muscles. Training to enhance the strength of the feet and body conciousness. 

Wear comfortable clothes and practice shoes / trainers.

Break (3.30 to 4pm) Light Refreshments

Part 2 (4 to 5pm): Technique on the heels! Exercises to improve posture, balance, stability, elegance of the feet.
